What you’ll do

Our Consulting Associate Directors oversee project delivery and client relationships at a high level. You will manage teams and advise clients on strategic matters, focusing on how technology can enable various business outcomes, especially in modern application architecture and digital thinking.

What you’ll need

• Experience in a reputable management consultancy in project delivery roles.
• Knowledge in at least one core domain such as Application Architecture, Digital Transformation, Agile/DevOps, Cloud solutions, SAP, ERP, etc.
• Experience with sizing methodologies like IFPUG is a plus.
• Experience working with IT solutions.
• Strong commitment to team success and openness to constructive feedback.
• Curiosity and creativity in developing solutions and strategies for clients.
• Hands-on ability and capacity to manage multiple client priorities.
• An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

Consulting Experience :

• Experience as a solution/technical architect or analyst is preferred.
• Proven track record in leading teams and leveraging technology to meet mission-critical priorities in the public or private sectors.
• Ability to motivate diverse professionals towards common goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with strategic consulting frameworks.
• Experience in building rapid prototypes for presentations and proposals.
• Strong people skills and customer relationship experience.
• Experience in developing client business relationships within a commercial context.
