What you’ll do

Associate Directors in Consulting are responsible for high-level project delivery, oversight, and client relationship management. You will lead teams and advise clients on strategic and tactical matters, focusing on how technology enables various business outcomes, especially in application architecture and digital transformation.

What you’ll need

• Experience in a reputable management consultancy with project delivery expertise.
• Knowledge in areas such as Application Architecture, Digital Transformation, Agile/DevOps, Cloud, SAP, ERP, etc.
• Experience with sizing methodologies like IFPUG is a plus.
• Experience with IT solutions.
• Strong commitment to team success and openness to constructive feedback.
• Curiosity and creativity in developing solutions and strategies.
• Hands-on ability to manage multiple priorities.
• MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.

Consulting Experience :

• Experience as a solution/technical architect or analyst is preferred.
• Proven leadership in building high-performing, technology-driven teams.
• Ability to motivate diverse professionals towards common goals.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Expertise in strategic consulting frameworks.
• Experience creating rapid prototypes for presentations and proposals.
• Strong client relationship skills and experience in business development.
