Novartis in Ivrea, Italy seeks an Associate Director, Analytical Operations to lead GMP Analytical Operations at the TRD RLT Pilot Plant. The role focuses on analytical operations, quality compliance, lab performance, and team development.

Responsibilities include end-to-end oversight from sample receipt through result release, GMP/data integrity, CAPAs, budgeting, audits, and building a high‑performing, safety‑driven team.

Competenze

• Degree in a scientific discipline (pharmacy/biology/chemistry/engineering) is required.
• Minimum 7 years in Quality Control and/or Analytical Science within pharma.
• Strong GMP, data integrity, and laboratory qualification knowledge.

Mansioni

• Lead GMP Analytical Operations team and KPIs.
• Oversee sample receipt through analytical result release.
• Ensure GMP compliance, data integrity, and quality systems.
• Lead deviations investigations and implement CAPAs.
• Develop lab strategies, SOPs, and budget plans.
