Novartis Italia in Ivrea, Italy, is seeking an Analytical Expert to lead analytical strategies for radioligand therapy development. You will design, validate and transfer analytical methods, interpret data, and support development to regulatory milestones.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's in chemistry or related field, have 2+ years in analytical chemistry or radiochemistry, and are fluent in English. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and relocation not covered.

Competenze

  • Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum two years of industry experience in analytical chemistry, radiochemistry development, or quality control.
  • Experience developing and applying analytical methods, including High Performance Liquid Chromatography.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice and quality standards supporting drug development.
  • Experience authoring Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls documentation for regulatory submissions.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and scientific technical writing skills.
  • Understanding of the safe handling of chemicals, laboratory materials, and equipment.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken is required.
  • Fluency in Italian would be an advantage.

About The Role

Location: Ivrea, Italy

Major Accountabilities

Expected annual base salary range for this position: €33,500 to €62,100.

Base salary is determined using gender-neutral criteria such as relevant skills, competencies, and experience, in accordance with Novartis compensation policies, and is reviewed regularly after joining Novartis.

In addition to the base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus, depending on established performance criteria.
