The Reinsurance Business Unit offers implementation services based on proven structures, methodologies, and best practices derived from experience helping organizations worldwide address challenges around ceded and assumed reinsurance using SAP S/4HANA Insurance for reinsurance management. As a development partner for the solution, we are uniquely qualified to guide companies through the implementation process and help them achieve a high degree of automation for premiums, loss reserves, commission calculation, claims processing, and reporting.

What you will do

• Support in delivering complex projects to Insurance and Reinsurance clients
• Assist in different phases of the implementation of SAP Reinsurance solution (FS-RI)
• Collaborate with the project team, team leaders, and client stakeholders to create solutions that meet clients' needs
• Analyze technical and functional integration requirements
• Participate in delivering enterprise-wide SAP transformational programs
• Develop your knowledge of and gain project experience in SAP’s latest and upcoming solutions
• Interact with clients to understand their operational, process, and functional requirements
• Document complex business processes

What we are looking for

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Maths, or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with strong client relationship skills
• Excellent time-management skills
• Strong analytical mindset, structured problem-solving skills
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Must be legally authorized to work in Italy without employer sponsorship, now or in the future

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of the technology and its impact on clients' business areas, including trends
• Insurance/Reinsurance industry experience is advantageous
• Additional skills in Italian language are a plus
