A leading low-code platform provider is seeking an Associate Consultant in their Customer Success team. You will build and deploy web-based applications to support business strategies and collaborate on projects using the Appian platform. Successful candidates should have a technical background and be proficient in English and Italian. The role is office-based in Seville, requiring in-office collaboration five days a week.

Competenze

• Understanding of at least one coding language.

Overview

This role is for an Associate Consultant in the Customer Success team, partnering with customers to bring their best ideas to life on the Appian low-code platform. The start date is Summer 2025. Location: Seville, Spain (office-based).

What you’ll do

• Build and deploy web-based applications on the Appian platform to support customers' business strategies.
• Implement the first business process management application and scale the program across the enterprise, bringing our low-code platform to life.
• Collaborate with other Appian consultants on the same project to define the work and plan technical steps needed to reach completion; development is team-based and primarily uses Appian SAIL.
• You’ll learn all about our platform during the academy training that takes place in the US.
• Design prototypes, model business processes, and analyze requirements; implement quality assurance plans, load testing and rollout plans.
• Leverage experience in process improvement disciplines including business process management, knowledge management, personalisation, business intelligence, and application integration.

What you’ll need to be successful

• Understanding of at least one coding language and examples of applying that learning.
• Superior academic success.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid foundation of, or love for, technology.
• Preferred experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) and cloud technologies.
• Business-level English and fluent Italian.

Location

This role is based at the Seville office in Spain. Appian expects in-office collaboration as part of our culture, and employees are expected to be in the office 5 days a week.
