What You'll Do

• Conduct lab testing of materials and products, applying standard test methods or experimenting with new approaches for sample evaluation. Interpret results beyond just reporting data.
• Operate workshop compounding lines and injection molding machines. Perform material weighing, mixing, and molding on micro and small scales in a pilot line. Prepare setups for planned trials and tests on machines and molds.
• Perform regular maintenance on lab and workshop equipment, including coordinating external services.
• Communicate and train with colleagues, partners, or suppliers regionally or internationally.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Experience in laboratory testing or plastic / rubber production machines preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Languages : English (Intermediate or higher). Chinese or Spanish is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of chemical and / or mechanical processes.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and solve small problems daily.
• Teamwork skills in an international environment.
• Hands-on approach.
• Living within 30 km of Ponte San Nicolò.
