Overview

Automation Advanced Services Engineer – Associate

Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from technical to administrative. The position is based in Genoa, Italy.

Accountabilities

• Install, integrate, test and commission Hitachi Rail monitoring systems software at central and peripheral levels
• Preliminary setup and testing of the base OS and tools on servers and platforms for hosting the Hitachi Rail Monitoring systems SW
• Set up testing environments and testing scenarios both in lab and in the field
• Produce documentation related to the different project phases (mainly configuration, testing, commissioning and maintenance phases)
• Discuss technical topics with the clients
• Manage official delivery phases with the clients from a technical point of view

Education / Qualifications
