We’re looking for a candidate who can turn data-driven insights into advocacy campaigns that captivate audiences and hit hard KPIs. As our Associate Account Manager for Influencer Advocacy, you’ll guide a nimble team, translate client ambitions into authentic partnerships, protect project margins, and steer real-time performance dashboards—all while mentoring junior talent.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Project Management - 80%

Client Growth & Consultancy (25%) :

Lead discovery sessions, refine briefs, build strategic POVs.

  • Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and upsell plans.
  • Project P&L Management (15%) :

Build cost sheets, margin guardrails, and burn-rate trackers.

  • Approve 3rd-party invoices and payment schedules.
  • Influencer Ecosystem & Risk Governance (15%) :

Oversee tiering, vetting, and contracting of KOL / KOC.

  • Sign-off on content for legal, claim, and brand-safety compliance.
  • Activate crisis-monitoring
  • Performance Tracking & Insight Mining (15%) :
  • Lead weekly pacing calls; flag red KPIs and optimisation levers.
  • Lead team to deliver post-campaign reports and case studies.
  • Cross-functional Orchestration (10%) : :

Align timelines with Planning, Creative, Paid Media, Social Listening units (Buzzmetrics, YouNet Media, etc.).

  • Ensure asset handoffs and messaging consistency.

2. Team Management - 20%

Assign workload, set OKRs, give monthly feedback.

Mentor on negotiation, briefing, and financial acumen.

Support hiring and onboarding of new members.

Work relations : Internal :

YNAM : Strategic Planning & Consulting, Content Creative, HR-O

  • Other Business Units : YNM, Buzzmetrics, Mango Digital; YouNet Head Office : HR, Finance & Accounting.
  • External : Clients, third parties, suppliers, KOL / KOC, Talent Representatives / agencies...

Report to : Senior Account Manager Promotion : Can be promoted to Account Manager

REQUIREMENTS

Education : Having Bachelor‘s degree in marketing & business is a plus

Knowledge : Business English

  • Social Media Marketing & Influencer Marketing
  • Social Listening & Social Analytics is a plus

Skill : Project management

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation skill (both Vietnamese & English)
  • Good analytical and organizational skills

Experience :

4–5 years in Account / Project Management with ≥ 2 years on influencer or social campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills : Excel / Sheets, Data Studio / Tableau.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Strategic storytelling backed by data.
  • Change agility and issue anticipation.
