Un'azienda di costruzioni cerca un ASSISTENTE TECNICO DI CANTIERE per gestire tecnicamente i progetti. Il candidato coordinerà attività on-site e gestirà il lavoro di operai e subappaltatori. È richiesta esperienza nel settore costruzioni e conoscenza di Microsoft Office e AutoCAD. Offriamo un contratto a tempo indeterminato e opportunità di crescita professionale.

ASSISTENTE TECNICO DI CANTIERE

The candidate, in coordination with the Proprietà and Project Managers, will be responsible for the technical management of the assigned project(s).

Specifically, in support of the Project Manager, the role involves on-site activities: from planning to coordination and supervision of the project, managing the work of workers and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma di Geometra and/or a technical degree;
• Minimum of two years of experience in the construction sector;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software;
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage teams;
• Reliability, precision, and problem-solving skills.

Location: Province of Como
