With over 3,000 employees and 175 operational areas across Europe and the Middle East, the company continues to grow and is looking for new talents.

The selected candidate will join our Como headquarters with a paid training internship, leading to permanent employment.

We are looking for junior profiles, even with no prior experience, eager to grow within a dynamic and challenging construction environment.

The role involves working within the local Business Unit, reporting to the Area Technical Manager. The trainee will be trained in preparing estimates, conducting technical inspections, and managing technical and administrative procedures.

Requirements :

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Passion for the construction industry

This is an entry-level, full-time position in the construction sector.
