Location: Termoli, Italy

Position: Assistant to the Head of Ecological Services and Utilities

We are seeking an Assistant to the Head of Ecological Services and Utilities to support our plant in Termoli. The main activities and responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the Head of Ecological Services and Utilities in monitoring and coordinating ecological and utility services activities.
2. Ensuring the proper functioning of assigned plants and verifying their performance against environmental and efficiency standards.
3. Supervising the correct waste management and disposal within the site, in accordance with current regulations.
4. Collaborating with the Head of Ecological Services and Utilities and HR to foster professional growth and develop team skills.
5. Identifying potential management and plant improvements in collaboration with the same department.
6. Working with Technical Services to oversee routine and extraordinary maintenance tasks.
7. Replacing the Head of Ecological Services and Utilities during absences.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a diploma in scientific-technical disciplines.
• Operational and managerial skills in managing treatment plants (off-gas combustors, biological wastewater treatment) and utilities (thermal plant, Demi water production, PW, compressed air, nitrogen production).
• Knowledge of environmental legislation.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Reliable, honest, and committed to fulfilling responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
