Job Description:

Grafton Horeca, a team dedicated to enhancing experiences in hospitality, catering, and restaurant sectors, is seeking an Assistente Governante for a prestigious luxury hotel in Perugia for the 2025 season. The role involves supervising and maintaining hotel rooms, verifying cleanliness standards, supporting the housekeeping team, and managing back-office activities such as orders and procurement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervision and maintenance of hotel rooms
• Verification of cleanliness standards and reorganization of hotel environments, including common areas
• Support to the Head Housekeeper in team management
• Assisting with back-office tasks like ordering and procurement

Qualifications and skills required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Housekeeper in high-end hotels
• Attention to detail and precision
• Ability to work in a team

Working hours: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week

Contract details:

• Fixed-term contract of 10 months directly with the company

• Salary and benefits: To be evaluated based on experience
