Job Description

We are seeking a Assistant Housekeeping Manager for a prestigious luxury hotel in Perugia Province, for the 2025 season. The position offers room and board.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and maintenance of hotel rooms
• Verification of cleanliness standards and room arrangements, including common areas
• Support to the Housekeeping Manager in managing and supervising the housekeeping team
• Support in back-office activities, orders, and procurement of housekeeping supplies

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in high-end hotels
• Attention to detail and precision
• Ability to work in a team

Work Schedule and Contract

• 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week
• 10-month fixed-term contract directly with the company
• Reference to the Tourism Public Sector Collective Contract (CCNL)
• Salary to be determined based on experience

Room and board are provided at the hotel.
