We are dedicated to the search and selection of qualified personnel to be directly hired by our client companies. Currently, we are recruiting for a prestigious fashion accessories company specializing in luxury fashion for the position of:

Apprendista Assistente di Direzione Moda

The candidate will support the company owner in managing daily activities.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Organizing and managing the superior's schedule;
  2. Sorting mail and incoming calls;
  3. Organizing meetings, conference calls, and events, including setup and post-event cleanup;
  4. Booking business trips and managing travel arrangements;
  5. Drafting texts and documents, such as meeting minutes or translations from foreign languages;
  6. Participating in business trips to accompany the owner;
  7. Performing various administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in humanities or linguistic fields;
  • Fluent knowledge of English;
  • Excellent proficiency with main IT tools and social media, and familiarity with using PCs, tablets, and smartphones;
  • Preferably, some experience in the role;
  • Passion for fashion and knowledge of brands;
  • Flexibility with working hours and availability for on-call duties;
  • Immediate employment in the company, with a fixed-term or indefinite contract depending on the profile;
  • Salary range: €24,000 – €30,000 based on experience and seniority (according to CCNL Pelli e Cuoio Industria);
  • Facilities include a well-equipped staff canteen and healthcare assistance;
