Permanent Placement, division dedicated to the Search and Selection of qualified personnel for direct employment with client companies, is seeking for a prestigious company that produces accessories for fashion houses in the luxury fashion sector, a:

Apprentice Fashion Management Assistant

The candidate will support the company owner in managing daily activities.

Specifically:

  1. Organization and management of the superior's schedule;
  2. Sorting mail and incoming calls;
  3. Organizing meetings, conference calls, and events, including setup and cleanup;
  4. Booking business trips and managing travel arrangements;
  5. Drafting texts and documents, such as meeting minutes or translations from foreign languages;
  6. Participating in business trips to accompany the owner;
  7. Various administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma or degree in humanistic or linguistic subjects;
  2. Fluent knowledge of English;
  3. Excellent knowledge of main IT tools and social media, familiarity with using PCs, tablets, and mobile phones;
  4. Preferably some experience in the role;
  5. Passion for fashion and knowledge of brands;
  6. Flexibility in working hours and availability;
  7. Direct employment in the company, with a fixed-term or indefinite contract depending on the profile;
  8. Salary based on the industry collective agreement (range €24,000 – €30,000 RAL);
  9. Equipped lunch break area and health assistance;
  10. Opportunities for professional growth.
