Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant. This dynamic role requires a high degree of flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain complex calendars, meetings, travel plans (private and commercial), and personal appointments
• Book travel, researching travel options when required and preparing full travel itinerary;
• Handle information with discretion and sensitivity
• Oversee daily communications, emails, correspondence, and briefing documents
• Prepare presentations, agendas, reports, and meeting
• Anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they arise

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
• Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during peak season
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
• Proactive approach to work
• A driving license is essential for the role
• Trustworthy and organized with the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
