We are thrilled to announce an exciting job opportunity for a Wine Tasting and Reception Assistant with fluent English and proficiency in PC and social media skills. Our company is a renowned winery located in a beautiful vineyard region, and we are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with wine tastings and receptions for visitors, providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience.
• Conduct wine tastings, guiding guests through the wine selection process, and providing detailed information about our wines.
• Set up and maintain wine tasting stations, ensuring they are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Handle sales transactions, including processing payments, maintaining cash registers, and managing inventory.
• Coordinate wine club memberships, including sign-ups, renewals, and shipments.
• Manage reservations and bookings for wine tastings and events, both in-person and online.
• Utilize PC and social media skills to update our website, post engaging content on social media platforms, and assist with online marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Strong proficiency in using PCs and common office software, including Microsoft Office Suite or Open Office suite.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, for managing social media accounts and posting engaging content.
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or related roles preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and passion for wine, including understanding wine varietals, production processes, and wine tasting techniques.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Salary: Starting from €9.00 per hour
