Position: Sales Assistant

Location: Milan, Italy

We are looking for a proactive and flexible Sales Assistant to join our operational branch in Tribiano, serving as a reference point for the administrative and logistical office. The role involves daily collaboration with clients, partners, and European colleagues, active client prospecting, appointment planning, and supporting the organization of the sales team’s agenda. Responsibilities include managing and updating client data in CRM, activity management related to rentals (contract preparation, equipment delivery, basic technical checks, and machinery return inspections), and front-office customer service, including responding to basic technical inquiries.

Requirements include a strong appreciation for various aspects of the job, a proactive and flexible attitude, technical and/or commercial knowledge, previous experience in the commercial sector, excellent relational skills, strong organizational abilities, and motivation. Fluency in Italian and English is essential for communication with the headquarters. Proficiency in common IT systems is also required.
