Job Description

For our supply chain organization in Italy, we are currently seeking an:

Assistant to the Head of Engineering and Maintenance

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance activities at the Busnago plant, including work permits, supervising contractors, and documentation for approval of contractors and subcontractors.
• Prepare, update, and manage P&I and layout drawings using AutoCAD.
• Manage spare parts inventory.
• Organize technical documents, both electronic and paper, in archives.
• Supervise and manage the plant's steam boilers.
• Prepare energy consumption reports.
• Manage forklift repair activities.
• Participate in investment projects.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrotechnical) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of successful experience, including internships.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and flexibility skills.
• Good time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD.
• Good command of English.
