Assistant Store Manager - Venezia Piazza S. Marco. Retail - Diesel - Full time - Location: Venezia, IT. Date: Nov 13, 2024.

Located in the heart of Venezia, the new Diesel Store at Venezia Piazza San Marco offers a unique shopping experience for fashion enthusiasts and brand lovers.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving the Store strategy to achieve the best sales performance and create a hand-crafted 360° client experience
• Contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client tier
• Provide excellent and specialized customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives
• Role model best-in-class sales and self-leadership by actively engaging with the team and solving problems with positive outcomes
• Foster teamwork by seeking inspiration from other sectors to create an energetic, innovative, and approachable environment
• Empower and support colleagues to accomplish tasks effectively, generating enthusiasm and strong team spirit
• Build and maintain relationships with a forward-thinking mindset and sense of belonging

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous experience in a managerial role in a modern Luxury retail environment
• Confidence and proven track record in team management
• Solid experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
• Strong communication skills and commercial mindset
• Previous experience in managing complex store operations
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
• Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients
• Passion for Diesel Brand, product and heritage

Language proficiency: Italian and English are mandatory. Any additional language will be considered as a plus!
