For a client in the commercial catering sector, we are seeking an:

Assistant Store Manager for a retail chain with accommodation

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer relationships according to company standards;
  • Promoting and developing cross-selling and assisted sales activities;
  • Implementing initiatives to improve store performance;
  • Monitoring and controlling key performance indicators (sales, costs, staff expenses);
  • Managing work shifts, training, and supervising the team;
  • Providing regular feedback to staff.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Store/Restaurant Manager in structured hospitality companies;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;

Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours, day shifts, 5 days a week.
