Job Description:

Grafton Horeca, a team dedicated to enhancing experiences, skills, and potential in the hospitality sector, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a retail chain in the hospitality industry with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing customer relationships according to company standards;
• Promoting cross-selling and assisted sales activities;
• Implementing initiatives to improve store performance;
• Monitoring key performance indicators such as sales, costs, and productivity;
• Managing work shifts, training, and supervising the team;
• Providing regular feedback to staff.

Qualifications and skills required:

• At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Store/Restaurant Manager in structured hospitality companies;
• Strong leadership and communication skills;
• High problem-solving abilities.

Work schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, day shifts, 5 days a week.

Contract details:

• Type: Fixed-term or permanent contract directly with the company;
• Applicable collective bargaining agreement: CCNL Turismo Pubblici Esercizi;
• Salary and benefits: Level 3 RAL based on seniority, with annual bonuses for achieving targets, and on-site accommodation provided by the company.
