Responsibilities

  • Support retail business objectives by achieving, maintaining, and driving excellence in customer service, employee development, team building, health & safety compliance, inventory control, and in-store operations.

Purpose & Objectives

Working alongside and reporting to the Store Manager, the ASM will be a charismatic leader, building relationships internally and externally, and embodying the AMIRI brand values including compassionate leadership and strong business acumen. The ASM should prioritize quality customer service and teamwork at all times.

Duties

  • Maintain active participation on the sales floor, developing the team.
  • Analyze store metrics such as sales, inventory, and drop schedules.
  • Ensure high sell-through and collaborate with the corporate team on stock and product launches.
  • Conduct daily team meetings, motivate staff, and communicate business updates.
  • Provide detailed reports and develop efficient operational processes.
  • Capture meaningful client data to build relationships and opportunities.
  • Monitor client database and KPIs.
  • Participate in team evaluations, training, and development in collaboration with leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, safety, HR, and operational standards.
  • Create a positive, professional work environment.
  • Assist in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding staff.
  • Support community events and product launches.

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of progressive retail leadership experience.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Knowledge of the luxury market, sales reporting, and trend identification.
  • Experience leading retail teams in fast-paced settings.
  • Strong customer service focus and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Brand awareness is highly preferred.
