Job summary

Jack Wolfskin is hiring an Assistant Store Manager (m/f/d) for our Brennerstore in Italy. You will support the Store Manager, lead the store team, and guide customers both locally and from abroad.

You will implement visual merchandising, manage inventory, cash operations, and store processes to ensure smooth daily operations. Ideal candidates have several years in retail, preferably in outdoor products, strong customer focus, and fluent German with English a bonus.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in retail, preferably in textile, outdoor, or sports sector.
• Strong customer orientation and service mentality.
• German language skills are mandatory; English desirable.
• Proficient in using MS Office and online tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and lead the store team technically.
• Provide guidance and support for national and international customers in-store.
• Implement visual merchandising strategies within the store.
• Handle inventory management and cash register system.
• Manage store processes including material handling, receiving, inspection, and storage.

• Support of the Store Manager and technical leadership of the store team
• Competent guidance and support for national and international customers in the store
• Implementation of visual merchandising strategies within the store
• Handling of inventory management and cash register system
• Efficient and effective management of all store processes, including material management, receiving and inspecting goods, and storage etc.

• Strong customer orientation and service mentality
• Several years of professional experience in retail, preferably in the textile, outdoor, or sports sector
• Goal-oriented and decisive
• Proficient in using common communication systems such as MS Office and the internet
• German language skills are a mandatory requirement, while proficiency in English is desirable
