Jack Wolfskin Retail GmbH expanding our Brennerstore team seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving store performance.

Based in Bolzano, the role emphasizes team leadership, merchandising execution, inventory control, and efficient store operations in a dynamic outdoor brand environment.

Competenze

• Strong customer orientation and service mentality.
• Several years of professional experience in retail, preferably in the textile, outdoor, or sports sector.
• German language skills are mandatory; English is desirable.
• You are an outdoor enthusiast with an open and communicative personality to convey our lifestyle.

Mansioni

• Support of the Store Manager and technical leadership of the store.
• Provide competent guidance and support for national and international customers in the store.
• Implement visual merchandising strategies within the store.
• Handle inventory management and cash register system.
• Manage all store processes, including material management, receiving and inspecting goods, and storage.

• Support of the Store Manager and technical leadership of the store team


• Competent guidance and support for national and international customers in the store


• Implementation of visual merchandising strategies within the store


• Handling of inventory management and cash register system


• Efficient and effective management of all store processes, including material management, receiving and inspecting goods, and storage etc.

• Strong customer orientation and service mentality


• Several years of professional experience in retail, preferably in the textile, outdoor, or sports sector


• Goal-oriented and decisive


• Proficient in using common communication systems such as MS Office and the internet


• German language skills are a mandatory requirement, while proficiency in English is desirable


• You are an outdoor enthusiast by conviction and, as an open and communicative personality, can perfectly convey the lifestyle behind our name
