• At least 24 months experience in sports/fashion retail, with 12+ months in assistant store management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Analytical and literacy skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Knowledge of visual merchandising
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to monitor KPIs and implement improvements
