We Appreciate In Our Employees

• At least 18 months of experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment, including 12+ months in Assistant Store Management.
• Strong team leadership, analysis, literacy, and advanced verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of Visual Merchandising, training skills, and team development.
• Ability to maintain store processes and rules to ensure a seamless shopping experience, leading the team and replenishment.
• Professional handling of interpersonal situations within the store team, understanding store needs and acting accordingly.
• Background in KPIs and strong analysis skills to maximize store profitability; goal and process-oriented.
• Proficiency in English, good knowledge of MS Office, and ability to monitor performance data and KPIs, initiating improvements as needed.

Your Activities

• Support the Store Manager and take ownership of daily store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, management, recruitment, training, HR, and compliance.
