Adidas sta cercando un Assistant Store Manager per il suo negozio a Serravalle Scrivia. Il candidato ideale avrà esperienza in un ambiente di vendita al dettaglio sportivo, capacità di leadership e di gestione del team, e sarà un comunicatore efficace. Competenze

  • 24+ mesi di esperienza in un ambiente di vendita al dettaglio sportivo/commerciale, con responsabilità di Assistant Store Management per almeno 12 mesi.
  • Buona conoscenza dell'inglese e di MS Office.
  • Capacità di analizzare e monitorare i dati di performance e i KPIs.

Mansioni

  • Supportare il Store Manager e gestire le operazioni quotidiane del negozio.
  • Promuovere una cultura di alta performance e vincente tra il team.

WE APPRECIATE IN OUR EMPLOYEES:

  • 24+ months work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment with at least 12+ months of Assistant Store Management responsibility.
  • Team leadership. Strong analysis and literacy skills. Advanced verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of Visual Merchandising. Strong Training skills. Team Development.
  • Maintain store processes and rules to ensure a seamless shopping experience by leading team and replenishment.
  • Professional handling of difficult interpersonal situations within the store team. Understanding store´s needs and acting accordingly.
  • Advanced in English. Good knowledge with MS Office. Monitors performance data as well as KPIs and initiates needed measures for improvement.
