We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a prominent organization in the organized catering sector in Bologna.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations
• Monitoring KPIs such as sales per employee, cash flow, labor costs, customer satisfaction, and average service time
• Coordinating and supervising staff, planning shifts and daily activities
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
• Managing inventory and orders, minimizing waste

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in similar roles within organized catering
• Analytical skills to interpret KPIs
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-oriented with a focus on service quality
• Flexibility and stress resistance

Working hours: Full-time, 6 days a week with flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
