Competenze

For our Diesel Store in Castel Romano Outletwe're looking to fill the position ofAssistantStore Manageron a permanent basis.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in driving the Store strategy to achieve the best sales performance and creating a hand-crafted 360° experience for the client

  • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segment

  • Provide excellent and specialized customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives

  • Role model best in class sales and self-leadership by playing an active role within your team, and take action to solve problems with positive outcomes

  • Actively engage in wider community and seek inspiration from other sectors to form a cohesive team focused on creating an energetic, exciting, innovative and approachable environment

  • Empower and support your colleagues to accomplish tasks effectively and generate enthusiasm and energy to create positive team spirit

  • Build and maintain relationships by instilling a sense of belonging and a positive, forward-thinking mindset

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of previous experience in a managerial role in a modern Luxury retail environment

  • Confidence and proven track record in team management

  • Solid experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets

  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity

  • Strong communication skills and commercial mindset

  • Previous experience in managing complex store operations

  • Digitally aware and open to new ways of working

  • Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients

  • Passion for Diesel Brand, product and heritage

Language proficiency: Italian and English are mandatory. Any additional language will be considered as a plus!
