About The Role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Claire's, you will support your Store Manager with the following responsibilities :

  • Driving sales and achieving profit targets
  • Ensuring smooth store operations
  • Maintaining attractive and correct merchandise displays
  • Assisting in team training and coaching for development
  • Performing ear piercing (full training provided)

About You

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of retail management experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Good math skills and reading comprehension
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems strategically
  • Physical ability to stand during shifts and maneuver weights up to 75 lbs
  • Ability to operate POS systems
