Responsibilities and Duties

• Support and mediate the kiosk team to achieve sales goals, identifying and maximizing opportunities while exemplifying outstanding customer service.
• Confidently promote PANDORA's brand and products to provide an unforgettable customer experience and foster loyalty.
• Achieve and surpass individual and kiosk sales targets using internal strategies and commercial indicators.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures to maintain the international standard of our kiosks.
• Receive training on handcrafted luxury products to become a PANDORA product specialist.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma completed.
• Experience in customer service and sales.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience selling luxury products.
• Customer service and loyalty skills.
• Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule.
