A leading outdoor apparel company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Barberino di Mugello, Italy. The role involves maximizing store sales, mentoring staff, and providing exceptional customer service. Candidates should have retail management experience and be fluent in English and Italian. This position offers a monthly salary between €1,700 and €2,000, with additional employee benefits.

We’re looking for a talented Assistant Store Manager to join our Columbia Retail team in Barberino, Italy.
You will join a diverse and dynamic European Retail team spread across 7 countries.
As an Assistant Store Manager your contribution will be essential to support the store success and team success. Thus, your main mission will be to contribute to the profitability and customer satisfaction of the store, as well as inspiring and mentoring staff.
As needed, you will assume responsibility for the store during Store Manager’s absence.
