Responsibilities
  • As Assistant Station Manager (M / F / d) you will be competent in all operational issues regarding the daily business at the station, support the station manager or deputise in their absence.
  • Your customers are your focus! You know exactly what needs to be done to make them happy.
  • What does that mean exactly?
  • You will be responsible for preparing the campers for the next rental. This includes, for example, checking the documents, cleaning the vehicles, adding basic equipment and ordered additional equipment (e.g. bike rack, dog package).
  • You welcome our customers, take over the professional vehicle introduction and ensure an exceptional customer experience at the station. Thanks to you, our customers start their holiday with a smile on their face.
  • After the rental, you carefully inspect the vehicles, document damage and assist with repairs.
  • You contribute suggestions for optimisation, are an expert in all tasks that arise at the station and thus ensure that day-to-day business runs smoothly even in the absence of the station manager.
  • You take care of the fleet: cleaning, damage management, technical checks, documentation, preparation and support for vehicle sales.
Background / Qualifications
  • It is important to us that you enjoy being in contact with our customers and have experience with it. Working at our station also requires the following:
  • You have completed training or studies in the areas of transport, logistics, vehicles, tourism, retail or similar.
  • You keep a cool head even in stressful situations, have a solution-oriented way of thinking and very good organisational skills.
  • Compliance with quality standards is a matter of course for you.
  • You have a valid driver’s license.
  • You are also prepared to work at weekends and on public holidays.
  • You speak fluent Italian and can communicate in English.
