Overview
This individual will direct retail operations while ensuring that the business maximizes its potential. They will be responsible for the financial results of the department as well as the development and retention of human capital.
Responsibilities
- Provide a positive employee life cycle for all staff members during their tenure with Hard Rock.
- Ensure an authentic guest experience by maintaining an inviting retail environment, proper inventory, and excellent service.
- Operate a financially profitable retail business.
- Grow the business through innovative sales and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate operations between departments.
- Coach and document employee performance to maintain high standards.
- Present a professional image to employees, guests, clients, owners, and investors.
- Support guest satisfaction at client functions and events, promoting future business.
- Increase market share by promoting the company and participating in local events.
- Build positive relationships within the business and social community.
- Work as a team to exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain low staff turnover and high morale.
- Operate ethically to protect Hard Rock's image.
- Utilize programs aimed at environmental sustainability.
