For the next season, we are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support our Restaurant Manager in all daily activities.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, comfortable with challenges, and possesses exemplary customer service skills.

He/She will report to the Restaurant Manager.

Our Assistant Restaurant Manager will:

• Oversee and support restaurant operations to ensure an enjoyable dining experience
• Manage opening and closing of the restaurant
• Respond to customer needs and questions
• Manage inventory operations
• Plan activities and menu implementations in conjunction with the Restaurant Managers
• Ensure health and safety regulations are respected
• Lead and train restaurant personnel to create a collaborative and efficient environment

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to manage stressful situations
• HACCP Certification

We offer a seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 2, Assistant Restaurant Manager.

Start date: April 2024; End date: September 2024, with potential for ongoing collaboration in subsequent seasons and career growth opportunities.

Salary as per CCNL plus increases based on seniority and skill level, with separate payslips for 13°, 14°, and TFR.
