The goal is to create a welcoming and refined atmosphere where every guest feels valued and pampered. The primary objective of the team is to excel in every aspect of the guest experience—from warm welcomes and personalized attention to the high quality and uniqueness of dining and wellness services.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service during all shifts.
• Lead and supervise the service team, ensuring alignment with brand standards and a guest-centric approach.
• Assist in staff scheduling, daily briefings, and team development, fostering a positive and high-performing environment.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, respond promptly to feedback or concerns, and ensure follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and sommelier team to ensure seamless coordination between service and culinary delivery.
• Contribute to the creation of memorable dining experiences through personalized attention and elegant interaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and internal policies.
• Support inventory management, cost control, and ordering processes.
• Participate in training programs, performance reviews, and staff onboarding as needed.
• Promote a culture of excellence, discretion, and continuous improvement within the team.
