Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily operations of this exciting concept.
- Focus on guest and team experience by leading by example, keeping the team motivated, empowered, and confident in delivering top experiences for guests.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop initiatives and incentives, utilizing the guest booking and profiling system to increase revenue.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure smooth coordination between front of house and back of house.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager for daily operations and maintain financial and administrative records.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements.
- Ensure proper food presentation and handling, and maintain inventory to boost sales.
- Manage scheduling and adhere to the budgeted labor costs.
- Oversee the smooth running of service on the floor and bar, including safe opening and closing procedures.
- Implement training, coaching, feedback, and briefings to uphold standards throughout the team.
