Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager located in Naples, FL. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for expediting construction processes, project management, inspections, and logistics management. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing project schedules, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing project submittals and RFIs.

• Experience in Commercial Construction
• Project Management skills
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Naples, FL
• Experience in commercial construction is a plus
