As a Project Coordinator at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams, fostering a strong social dynamic and shared sense of achievement. In this role, you will:

  • Consolidate team action items and track their completion
  • Partner with other project coordinators on standardizing reporting and lessons learned
  • Create templates to help partners understand and apply data analysis results
  • Ensure documentation is well organized and accessible
  • Manage the annual contract extension matrix, ensuring amendments are completed on time
  • Develop dashboards for ongoing operations and reporting, including a live reporting tool for real-time progress, trending, data validation, and regional communications
  • Prepare reports for executive leadership that highlight trends, patterns, and predictions using program data
  • Ensure imported data is accurate, working with partners to validate and update as needed
  • Support the development and updates of monthly reports
  • Support vendor programs, including pipeline, contracts, and onboarding

  • Have experience in data analysis for large projects
  • Enjoy collecting, interpreting data, analyzing results, and creating automated reports for stakeholders
  • Have experience using statistical tools to interpret data sets, focusing on trends and patterns valuable for diagnostics and predictive analytics
  • Have worked closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform analysis, and deliver complex insights to support strategic decisions
