A global construction consultancy is seeking a Project Coordinator in Italy to support data analysis and reporting for large projects. In this role you will:
  • Consolidate team action items and track their completion
  • Partner with other project coordinators on standardization of reporting and lessons learned
  • Create templates to help partners understand and apply data analysis results
  • Ensure documentation is well organized and accessible
  • Manage annual contract extension matrix, ensuring amendments are completed on time
  • Develop dashboards for ongoing operations and reporting, including a real-time progress reporting tool, trending, data validation, and regional communications
  • Prepare reports for executive leadership that communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using program data
  • Ensure imported data accuracy, working with partners to validate and update if necessary
  • Support development and updates of monthly reporting
  • Support vendor programs, including pipeline, contracts, and onboarding

  • Have experience in data analysis for large projects
  • Enjoy collecting and interpreting data, analyzing results, and creating automated reports for stakeholder review
  • Have experience using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying attention to trends and patterns valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics
  • Have worked closely with stakeholders in gathering requirements, performing analysis, and delivering complex insights to support strategic decisions
