Offer Description

The post is for a three-year period. The annual gross salary is about 37.000 Euros. The area of research and teaching is Telecommunications.
Requested research duties: research in the framework of the SpaceItUp project, with focus on the development of methods based on artificial intelligence for the automatic analysis of remote sensing images in the context of applications related to prevention and monitoring of extreme natural events;
Requested teaching duties: At least 20 hours, in teaching activities consistent with research activities at the Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate level, in the context of the department's annual programming;
Foreign language required: excellent level of English;
Knowledge of Italian: level adequate to carry out the assigned teaching load (the researcher will be required to teach in both Italian and English);
Maximum number of publications to be presented: 12.
