Offer Description

The post is for a six-year period. The annual gross salary is about 50.000 Euros. The area of research and teaching is Manufacturing Technologies and Systems:

Required research duties: The research activity will be developed within the themes character-izing the scientific-disciplinary sector IEGE-09/A – “Ingegneria Economico-Gestionale” (Econom-ic-Managerial Engineering), with specific attention to the organizational and managerial aspects of modern industry and of organizations undergoing innovation and transformation processes, concerning, by way of example, the implementation of technologies typical of Industry 4.0 and 5.0, innovation in operations, and knowledge transfer dynamics.

Required teaching duties: The teaching activity, in line with the annual teaching plan of the De-partment of Industrial Engineering, will concern the delivery of courses consistent with the dis-ciplinary area covered by the call – or related sectors – in Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD pro-grams pertaining to the Department of Industrial Engineering or other educational initiatives ac-tivated by the University. It may also include courses in English related to the research activity carried out. In particular, the teaching activities must meet the needs in the areas of business management, organization, and management engineering (core areas of the LM-31 Master’s degree), with particular reference to the courses listed in the LM-31 study program, and the course “Economia e Organizzazione Aziendale” (Economics and Business Organization) in the Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. The teaching commitment of the contract holder is defined by the Council of the Department of Industrial Engineering during the planning phase of teaching activities, in accordance with the specific regulations of the University of Trento.

Foreign language required: excellent level of English;
Knowledge of Italian: level adequate to carry out the assigned teaching and research load (the researcher is required to teach in Italian);
Maximum number of publications to be presented: 12.
