Assistant Product and Trade CS - Center Italy (m / f / d)

Location: Italy / Vicenza

Responsibilities:

• Plan effective visit cycles to retailers’ stores considering business opportunities
• Visit stores to provide product training, implement POS excellence strategies, ensure merchandising aligns with brand guidelines, install POS, maintain store cleanliness, and address customer queries
• Participate in international and local fairs, events, and brand activities
• Act as the contact point for the regional marketing and sales teams, and coordinate with product marketing on product-related questions within the assigned category
• Plan updates and product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams, under the guidance of the Category Marketing Manager and in close cooperation with Sales Representatives
• Utilize social platforms for marketing activities, creating original and engaging content in collaboration with stakeholders
• Organize awareness-raising and training events on child safety
• Plan refresher and training activities for in-store staff

Qualifications:

• Student or graduate, preferably with a background in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, or similar
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Proficient in Italian (advanced level) and fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Willingness to travel by car and stay away during the week up to a certain percentage within Center Italy
• Driving skills, including towing a trailer
