A Property Company is seeking a talented and experienced Assistant to Director to join based in Badung, Bali. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial support function to the Director.

Responsibilities
  • Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director, including managing their schedule, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence
  • Assisting with the coordination of projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently
  • Conducting research, preparing presentations, and compiling reports as required
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests in a professional and responsive manner
  • Providing general office support, such as file management, travel arrangements, and other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
  • Preferably those who have an educational background or have worked in the legal field or law firm
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential
