• Assistant Manager, Naples
• The Role

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in maximizing sales, delivering an exceptional shopping experience, and managing store operations according to company standards. The Assistant Manager also acts as “Manager-on-Duty” in the absence of the General Manager.

• Responsibilities

Sales Leadership :

• Supervise staff in the absence of the General Manager.
• Aim for sales excellence and results.
• Meet selling standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and utilize clienteling skills.
• Enhance sales through effective floor supervision.

Associate Development :

• Train associates on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service.
• Provide feedback to Sales Associates.
• Collaborate with team to develop selling skills.

Operational Excellence :

• Manage wage costs, salaries, and hours to control payroll.
• Protect store assets, including key control, loss prevention, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain 100% accuracy and compliance in cash handling, inventory, and property.

Store Standards :

• Implement floor-set and promotional directives.
• Ensure store standards are maintained.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Manage assets and complete paperwork accurately and timely.

Merchandising / Visual :

• Execute merchandising strategies effectively.
• Keep the selling floor neat, organized, and visually appealing.
• Maintain displays and visual areas according to direction.
• Report product concerns and inventory needs promptly.
• Provide visual feedback in partnership with Retail Director.

Fashion / Styling :

• Represent Veronica Beard's fashion and style.
• Stay current with fashion trends.
• Demonstrate a polished fashion look.
• Use fashion-forward styling techniques.
• Be comfortable on camera for social media content.

Miscellaneous :

• Follow company dependability guidelines, including attendance.
• Attend store meetings.
• Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
