Position: Assistant Manager

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager supports the leadership and management of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the continuous growth of KPIs.
2. Manage costs and optimize store profitability through strategic sales initiatives.
3. Assist in optimal staff organization and recruitment in collaboration with the Store Manager.
4. Develop, motivate, and promote career progression within the team.
5. Ensure high-quality customer service in accordance with procedures.
6. Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively.
7. Maintain the store's presentation in collaboration with the visual merchandising team to enhance profitability.
8. Ensure proper execution of product launch guidelines.
9. Manage inbound and outbound logistics of goods.
10. Participate in loss prevention and control measures.
11. Oversee daily cash register operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience managing structured retail stores, preferably in dynamic and multinational environments.
• Good command of English.
• Leadership qualities and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience in a young, dynamic, and expanding international environment.
• Ability to develop career progression.
