Job Description

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager supports the leadership and management of the store.

Responsibilities
  1. Financial Management
    • Ensure the achievement of commercial objectives and continuous KPI growth;
    • Manage costs and optimize store profitability through sales strategies.
  2. Personnel Management
    • Assist the Store Manager in optimal staff organization within the store;
    • Recruit staff in collaboration with the Store Manager;
    • Develop and motivate staff, promoting career progression within the group.
  3. Customer Service
    • Ensure high-quality customer service in accordance with procedures;
    • Handle complaints effectively and professionally.
  4. Visual Merchandising
    • Ensure the store's overall presentation in collaboration with the visual merchandising team to improve profitability;
    • Verify proper execution of product launch guidelines.
  5. Logistics and Loss Prevention
    • Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise;
    • Participate in loss prevention and control measures in coordination with the Store Manager;
    • Oversee daily cash register operations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience managing structured retail stores, preferably in dynamic and multinational environments;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Leadership qualities and strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
