Competenze

Job Scope

The Assistant HR Manager will handle various HR functions such as staffing, employee relations, training, payroll, and more. You will work independently and with the team, supporting strategic initiatives and building relationships aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR functions in Dubai: recruitment, benefits, performance, relations, engagement
  • Develop and implement HR strategies for UAE
  • Ensure accurate payroll and records management
  • Maintain departmental reports
  • Enhance employee productivity and commitment
  • Build relationships within the organization
  • Support HR strategies across Italy operations
  • Build strong relationships with leadership, advising on management and leadership
  • Implement engagement and process improvements
  • Visit field locations to build relationships
  • Assist in talent management, performance, and employee development
  • Drive positive change in people management
  • Propose organizational improvements
  • Lead by example, embodying company culture
  • Conduct regular meetings for communication and goal alignment
  • Manage employee exit processes
  • Handle collective bargaining knowledge and experience
  • Support talent sourcing and onboarding
  • Analyze data and prepare reports
  • Handle grievances and disciplinary actions
  • Conduct onboarding for new hires
  • Review staffing procedures
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects

Qualifications

  • Degree in HR Management or related field
  • 7-8 years of relevant experience in large, fast-paced organizations
  • HR generalist experience in hospitality or travel preferred
  • Experience in policy implementation advantageous
  • Independent, proactive, responsible, detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of management principles
  • Team player, committed to quality
  • Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, Payroll
  • Fluent in English; Italian is an advantage
